What an extraordinary and truly inspiring day we shared together at the Kettering Park Hotel & Spa! As we reflect on our recent AGM and Study Day Conference, we are filled with immense gratitude and pride for the remarkable community that is ARCH.

To our exceptional key speaker, Dr Anthony Coope, whose expertise in natural hormones and women's health provided us with invaluable insights spanning from a lifetime experience as a GP and from deep dive exploration into what factors drive menopause and hormonal disruptions and discourse. With a condensed insight into the multi-dimensional perspective that integrative medicine plays in interfacing with hormonal issues, encompassing discussions on bio-identical hormones, botanicals, complex homeopathy approaches, and the metaphysical roots of healing, Dr Tony I am sure helped affirm and enrich our understanding and importance of our clinical practice immeasurably.

To Mark Lester from the Finchley Clinic, who shared his diligent reading and product research to deliver us pearls of bespoke knowhow on oxygen-based supplements and their applications for IBS and constipation – knowledge that will undoubtedly benefit our clients and strengthen our therapeutic approaches.

A highlight for all of us being our Honorary President, Abi Francis, who provided us with a heart-warming presentation encapsulating the legacy and heart of ARCH - reminding us of our roots within the great foundation that was established through the hard work of Roger Groos and Milo Siewert. Relating this all to our current purpose, and our collective journey as we move forward and grow ARCH. ARCH being full of such great practitioners and people to continue this legacy and caliber of excellence.

To Karen Cooper, our esteemed senior ARCH member, for her comprehensive presentation and demonstration on Manual Lymphatic Drainage, providing practical insights that we can immediately integrate into our clinical practice. Karen’s diligence and passion are inspiring and we too can bring to ARCH our own passion and knowledge with members like Karen inspiring us.

The energy, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit displayed throughout the day exemplifies the standards we maintain and the continuous growth we pursue.

From our clinical discussions to our shared commitment and to the advancement of Colonic Hydrotherapy and Complementary Health Practices, we witnessed firsthand the strength and dedication that defines our community.

We welcome Katy Joyce, a new member who joined us after the Weekend and we have much in the pipeline (excuse the pun!) Already for next year. We cannot wait to build on this vibrant weekend, this coming year, and bring more of our passion and expertise - in a client- centered industry - to the fore. Let’s keep sharing and keep talking to one another!

Looking together into the future of Colon Hydrotherapy

As we continue to strive for excellence in our clinical practice and professional development, we hope that more practitioners will join us in our ARCH endeavors, be it to gain robust data for IBS, through our simple client survey accessed via Admin - details to follow and explained in up-and-coming CPD ‘ARCH IBS Survey’. We have on-going methods of discussion on FB, with posts provided by the team on ideas, relevant courses, and to be discussed - an ARCH roadshow (practitioner collaborations around the country!) Yes, big and small projects alike. With daily, weekly, monthly social media content and campaigns that are always pertinent to our clinical work and clients.

Your participation helps us maintain ARCH's strength and ensures its continued development as a thriving community where all members can flourish.

Together, we are building something remarkable – a professional association that not only supports individual growth but elevates our entire field. The knowledge shared, connections made, and inspiration gained from this conference will undoubtedly ripple through our practices and benefit countless clients in the months ahead.
