Anne-Lise is the founder and owner of The Whole Health Centre, a space dedicated to Colonic Hydrotherapy, health education and sharing.
Anne-Lise has a scientific background and studied biology in France. A naturopathic practitioner for over 25 years, she is a teacher of Colonic Hydrotherapy in the UK and abroad where she regularly lectures.
She holds additional qualifications in Nutrition, Systematic Kinesiology, Functional Exercise, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
Anne-Lise has been leading detox retreats since 1998 when she created Cleansing for Life detox retreats. Based in Scotland, and later in the south of France, the retreats offered an opportunity for health nourishment and mindfulness through juice fasting and bowel management. Anne-Lise is currently offering non-residential detox weekend retreats at her London (NW3) based centre.
Anne-Lise is the author of "Too Young To Grow Old", a health compendium exploring the connection between mind-set, physical function and behaviour.
She is currently the main lecturer for The Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy (IPCH) and the vice-chair of the Association And Register of Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH). She has contributed to Here's Health Magazine, Radiant health magazine and more recently the IBS network magazine and CAM magazine. She was featured in the Independent newspaper and has made appearances on Channel4, BBC2 and ITV television.
